Terms of payment
For now, we only sell goods via Instagram and the following applies:
Contact us with a message and state what you are interested in. We will get back to you with information and conditions as soon as possible. Payment is made via Swish and delivery takes place within 1-4 working days. All other terms and conditions that apply to purchases via the web also apply to purchases via Instagram (see below).
Miss Ragtime offers payment via Swedbank Checkout for payment by card, swish or invoice. All prices are always stated including VAT. Swedbank's purchase terms are approved at checkout when payment is made.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a guardian's permission to order from us.
Shipping costs
Delivery in the EU 200 SEK, and around the world 300 SEK.

Availability
As soon as Miss Ragtime received your order will be sent a confirmation e-mail. The email includes information about your order. Always check your order confirmation so that everything is consistent with your order. Normal delivery from Miss Ragtime is 1-4 workingdays.

Dispatch
Miss Ragtime sends all their packages by Sendify, most frequently with DHL or UPS.
High-value goods are always delivered through your nearest delivery.
Miss Ragtime also offer their customers pick-up-in-store. When ordering goods, click the shipping options in "Take in the store," and writes "Take Out" in the comments field below Customer details. The cost of pickup is 0 kr. The address of the store is Magasinsgatan 15. The goods can be picked up immediately after ordering in the store.
Unclaimed packet
For packages that for some reason are not picked up, we will charge a cost equivalent to the shipping charge to the customer and the cost corresponding shipping return. An unexploded package is not considered as an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Delivery Delay
If a product you ordered is delayed because it is backordered or for another reason, you will get a message concerning it by e-mail within 2 days. The item will of course be shipped to you as soon as we have it in stock.
We reserve the right to end the sale, stock quantity errors and for any price errors that may occur.
Exchanges and Returns
At Miss Ragtime you always have 14 days right to return in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. For exchanges and returns, please always contact customer service. An unexploded package is not considered as an exercise of the right of withdrawal. The items must be returned unused in original packaging and with all the labels. Right of withdrawal and cancellation rights do not apply to lingerie and beauty products.
The consumer pays theirselves for the cost of shipping return. Consumer assumes the risk that the goods are damaged or lost during return shipment.
Refund on return
Miss Ragtime undertakes no later than 30 days after we received your notification that the contract is terminated repay what you paid to us.
At partial return only refunded an amount equal to the price of the goods returned. The consumer pays for the cost of return shipping thirselves.
Complaints
Miss Ragtime guarantee that all products you order are free of defects at the delivery. Should you receive a defective or wrongly supplied product, you should contact customer service within 14 days. You can choose if you want a new item or a refund. Obviously, we stand for the shipping cost if complaints and incorrect deliveries appears, this applies when the claim has been approved.
